B2B revenue made through e-commerce channels by country 2020

Compared to before COVID-19, sales achieved through online channels incresed among business-to-business companies. According to a survey, B2B firms based in the UK generated 28 percent of their revenue from e-commerce channels during the pandemic, while it amounted to 22 percent before COVID-19. With the exception of South Korea where the situation remained unchanged, products and services sold online made up 30 percent of revenue among Brazilian B2B sellers. This source of profit amounted to 22 percent before the pandemic outbreak.
